Mrs. Yvonne Kirlew (Vonnie) entered into the Mefl programme on November 30, 2005. She started the loan as a part of the group "Blessed Children". Vonnie was operating a small grocery and cookshop in the small district of Mocho located near the popular Lewisville Market. Vonnie was very ambitious and knew that there was potential for her small business but she just needed a little push. That needed push came from Mefl in the form of a $30,000.00. This allowed her at the time to increase the stock of her business. As the treasurer of the group Vonnie ensured that all payments were made on time. The group took their second loan but by the fourth loan Vonnie saw larger possibilities for her business and realize that with the continued help of Mefl she could realize her full potential.

Vonnie continues to show respect and gratitude to the Mefl programme with her unstaggering commitment to repaying her loan. Her business has flourished to the extent that she has increased her staff. she continues to recommend persons to the programme and reprimands clients showing signs of delinquency. Vonnie can attest that Mefl is a true Business Builder and will continue to be a "Blessed Child" of Mefl.
